Position: Employees Transportations Supervisor (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Number of Vacancies: 2
Job Purpose
To ensure reliable and efficient management of all aspects of employees transportations for the solar manufacturing Jaipur unit.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily transportation operations of the company.
• Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for transportation operations to improve efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage transportation-related budgets, expenses, and invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure transportation needs are met in a safe,timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Train and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver logs
Profile & Eligible Criteria
• 8-10 years’ experience in Similar profile.
• Admin professional with experience of handling Transport facility of large sized organization experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
