We’re seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join our team based in our Adelaide office to assist with providing advice on a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters.

About the Role
As our Employment Law Specialist, you’ll provide strategic legal advice in a dynamic workplace environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Award and Agreement Compliance: Ensuring correct application of modern awards (like SCHADS) and enterprise agreements.
Employment Conditions: Reviewing pay rates, penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and minimum shift requirements.
Union Engagement: Negotiating with unions.
Fair Work Compliance: Ensuring adherence to the Fair Work Act, including protections against adverse action and unfair dismissal.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you will bring:
A strong background in employment law
Relevant qualifications
Proven experience advising on Industrial Relations matters
Understanding of compliance with the Fair Work framework
Confidence in delivering clear, risk-aware legal guidance to internal stakeholders
