The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in end-user computing and possess strong technical and communication skills. As an EUC Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining end-user computing environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage and maintain end-user computing environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware for end-user devices.
• Assist in the deployment and management of operating systems and applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance the user experience.
• Document and maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help end-users effectively utilize computing resources.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in end-user computing.
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in end-user computing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
