Responsibilities
You will work closely with advanced development, mechanical engineering, and process development teams to select the right polymers for our future implantable devices that ensure long-term performance and manufacturability
Obtains approval to proceed with proposed action plans

Shares resources, knowledge, and accountability to benefit the objectives of the business, e.g. participates in team meetings

Interacts effectively with stakeholders at appropriate levels of the organization

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Assists in development of procedures and standards
Coordinates with technical support personnel to conduct prototype or experimental runs of products or processes
Directs the efforts of others such as technicians and outside resources
Performs tasks such as writing Requests for Capital Expenditures (RCEs), safety/quality checklists, scope documents, etc
Provide ongoing QA training support to the manufacturing site to ensure a compliant training requirements management system

The Opportunity

We are seeking talent for a Manufacturing Engineer role in our Plano, TX location in the Neuromudulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum. Required Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired. OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2 plus years of relevant work experience.
