Role Overview:
As an Engineer (NPD) reporting to the HOD, your main responsibility will be to attend trials and prepare trial reports for each trial. You will need to obtain customer sample signoff, packaging signoff, and ensure proper PPAP documentation with QA. Additionally, you will be required to obtain PSW signoff and maintain IPP records. Following up with suppliers and completing any work assigned by your reporting person will be essential tasks in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend trials and prepare trial reports
- Obtain customer sample signoff and packaging signoff
- Ensure proper PPAP documentation with QA
- Obtain PSW signoff and maintain IPP records
- Follow up with suppliers
- Complete any work assigned by your reporting person
- Have the authority to stop the machine in case of non-conforming parts during a trial
- Hold parts if they are not in the intended packaging or do not match the signoff samples

Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of PPAP documentation and QA processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day with fixed shifts. In addition to your regular compensation, you will be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work location for this role is in person.,
