- Perform day-to-day audit activities for core network nodes
- Track and resolve any issues or deviations identified during audits
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve audit findings
- Adhere to MOPs and guidelines for timely issue resolution
- Notify Network planning and network operation teams of service problems and irregularities
- Follow organizational guidelines, departmental processes, and procedures
- Work towards achieving individual performance parameters assigned by the Core Audit Lead
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in managing LTE/IMS Core nodes of a telecom service provider
- Ability to handle customer/end-user issues related to VoLTE or calling service problems, troubleshoot, and identify root causes
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Event Management of LTE/IMS network, User Problem Management processes
- Skill in coordinating updates on service-level issues for incident resolution
- Capability to take ownership of service issues, track them across the organization, and ensure closure
