• Good knowledge and understanding on 2G/3G call flows.
• Hands on experience on 2G/3G core elements like MSC/VLR/STP/HLR etc preferably for Alcatel Lucent (ALU) OEM.
• Should have good understanding on core signaling (SS7/Sigtran) and interfaces used in 2G/3G network.
• Good knowledge on protocols like ISUP, MAP, CAP, INAP etc.
• Will be responsible for all Core network operations like configuration, upgradation & troubleshooting of ALU Core nodes.
• Should be aware of important network KPI's and its improvement plan.
• Will be responsible for complete network health check, backups, handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Should be aware about hardware related configuration for ALU core nodes.
• Good communication skills and customer handling capabilities will be an added advantage.
