We’re recruiting key leadership roles to help drive this next stage, including the Engineering and Operations Manager. This is a pivotal role in delivering resilient, safe and impactful technology solutions for our customers and critical airport operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing Engineering and Operations team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership across infrastructure, network and platforms, supporting sound decision-making and strong architecture alignment
Oversee day-to-day technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure and business-focused services across a complex 24/7 environment
Drive operationaly excellent across infrastructure, systems, and vendors, improving performance, resilience and service outcomes
Partner across the business to support project delivery, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and successfully transitioned into operations

Able to operate confidently at both strategic and hands-on levels, setting direction while staying close enough to challenge, support and unblock your team

A strong collaborate who builds trust across technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners
What You Bring
Significant experience in technology environments, including leadership of operational or engineering teams (ideally within a complex or 24/7 setting)
Strong technical grounding across infrastructure, networks, OT and IT
Proven experience managing vendors and service partners to deliver high quality outcomes
A track record of improving systems, processes and team capability through continuous improvement approaches
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
