5+ years of software engineering work experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading Systems or Infrastructure teams of 8+ engineers, including hands-on technical management building backend services
Ideally experience with: (Golang, Python, Node.js, JS)
Expertise in AWS and Kubernetes is essential, along with the ability to mentor, delegate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
You are strong in balancing priorities and making thoughtful decisions to meet immediate technical needs
You are able to participate in architecture and product discussions with engineers, contributing to informed decisions
You have a proven track record of shipping quality products on time
A customer-centric mindset and will apply that to building out platform services
You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments with a structured approach to team operations

Benefits
Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process
