Salary: $140,000 – $165,000
We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the engineering and manufacturing integration of our power distribution product platform, including UL 67 panelboard systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that engineering designs translate effectively into efficient, scalable production.
This position sits at the intersection of engineering and plant operations, driving alignment between product design, manufacturing processes, and production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of engineering design with plant manufacturing operations
• Oversee the transition of product designs into production-ready processes
• Ensure compliance with UL 67, NEC, and applicable standards
• Partner with production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
• Establish manufacturing standards, assembly processes, and quality controls
• Support product launches, pilot builds, and process validation
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and engineering workflows
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, manufacturing, or power distribution environments
• Experience with panelboards, switchgear, or similar electrical systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
• Experience working closely with engineering and operations teams
• Familiarity with UL standards and certification processes preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a plant environment

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary range for this position is between $140,000 to $165,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
