Job Opportunity: Engineering Technical Officer (Internal)
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Officer to join our team at Wet'n'Wild theme park. The successful candidate will assist in managing and delivering all technical projects for Village Roadshow Theme Parks, working across multiple properties as required.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage and distribute all technical projects as directed
Assist in the facilitation of all technical, maintenance and reliability projects for Village Roadshow Theme Parks
Maintain and create policy, procedure, project or training documentation
Liaise with regulatory authorities as required
Assist to maintain, update and manage preventative maintenance software
Work in the field assisting our maintenance teams when required
Requirements:
Engineering qualifications or similar preferred; undergraduates with some practical experience should also apply
Intermediate/Advanced computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, & Adobe products) essential
Ability to create and manage registers and Excel spreadsheets
Ability to build quality working relationships with supervisors and other Maintenance team members
Strong time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail, being able to work autonomously
