Job Description
We are seeking passionate andexperienced Primary Teachers or tutors to join our learning Centre in Rouse Hill location. This role is ideal for an educator who is confident in teaching both English and Mathematics and is committed to helping children build a strong academic foundation in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Primary-level English and Mathematics.
Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with students’ learning needs
Support students in building strong literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
Differentiate instruction to cater for mixed abilities
Provide clear explanations and patient guidance
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents
Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment
Work collaboratively with the centre team and follow curriculum guidelines
Job Requirements
Relevant teaching qualification (Education degree, Diploma, or equivalent)
Experience teaching primary English and Mathematics (classroom or tutoring setting)
Strong understanding of foundational literacy and numeracy skills
Clear communication skills and a child-friendly teaching style
Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey
Responsible, reliable, and professional work ethic
Ability to manage small groups and maintain classroom routines
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred (but not essential)
Experience in tutoring centers or small-group teaching
Familiarity with Australian Curriculum
Ability to engage reluctant or struggling learners
