Job Description
English Communication Teacher:
At FIITJEE Global School we have a dedicated department with teachers working on Enhancing the Communication skills of all the students. You will Drive students to learn the English Language, love the language and perform to their best without any external push. You will be the teacher beyond the regular curriculum and are required to work on the English communication skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening) of School Students. You would either conduct Classes/ Sessions on your own or with the help of other Teachers. You would plan and execute various communication skill development activities like Spell Bee, Public Speaking, Oral and Written Communication and Competitions etc.
As a Skill Development Teacher for English Language, you shall be able to develop the communication skills of the students, Teachers and Employees, through individual and group training programs. Develop their Reading interests and improve verbal and written communication skills. Train them to speak with accuracy, confidence, fluency, and efficacy. Teach them as per their level, profession, and requirements. Also, Contribute in School image-building exercises like Writing press releases, managing social media presence and Evaluating communication campaigns.
Teachers who can play both the above-mentioned roles will be preferred over others.
Teacher Responsibilities: -
• Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
• Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
• Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
• Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
• Planning and implementing educational activities and events.
• Ensuring your classroom is clean and orderly.
• Preparing and distributing periodic progress reports and report cards.
• Attending parent-teacher meetings.
• Evaluating and documenting students' progress.
• Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.
Teacher Requirements: -
• Masters degree in English with experience in a communications-related field
• B.Ed in English will be preferred but not a mandatory criterion.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in school / Corporate Trainings / SAT, TOEFL etc.
• Proven expertise in the field of English communication
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with a diverse group of students
• Ability to motivate the students to work hard and perform
