📌 Hiring: English Educator – Consultant (Phase 1 | Contract Role)

🔹 Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced English Educator (Consultant) to support our Phase 1 learners (Grades 1 to 5) on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and academic development in alignment with the ICSE curriculum.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons tailored to ICSE standards (Grades 1–5).
• Facilitate interactive and engaging English language sessions.
• Support academic planning and contribute to the foundational literacy development of young learners.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with academic teams and provide guidance on instructional strategies.
• Assist in the development of learning materials, weekly assignments, and assessments.
• Provide periodic progress updates and insights to parents and school leaders.
• Support the Lead Educator with academic and administrative tasks, as required.
🔹 Consultant Profile:
• Willing to work onsite in North Bangalore.
• 3–5 years of relevant school teaching experience or freshers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of the English subject; experience with ICSE curricula is preferred.
• Proficient in digital tools for teaching, learning, and academic reporting.
• Postgraduate degree in English is mandatory; B.Ed. is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a consultant to the academic team.
🔹 Engagement Terms:
• Contract-based consultant role.
• Includes on-campus meals, concessional transport, and medical coverage post-confirmation (as applicable).
