We are seeking a skilled English Language and Arts educator to teach students grades 1-6.
Our ideal candidate has experience teaching English Language Arts, Debate, Public Speaking, and Creative Writing. They possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to engage students in interactive learning environments.
A background in IB curriculum or expertise in US Common Core Standards is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have a strong command of grammar, writing, and critical thinking skills, as well as an engaging and interactive teaching style that encourages student participation.
Responsibilities include conducting online classes in ELA, Debate, and Public Speaking, guiding students in critical reading and persuasive writing, and encouraging structured arguments and public speaking confidence. Additional duties may include tracking and reporting student progress with actionable feedback.
The selected candidate will undergo a selection process including an assessment call, a teaching assignment, and a final demo class round.
