Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive Spoken English classes for students of various age groups and backgrounds
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to improve speaking, listening, and conversational skills
Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback
Encourage student participation through activities, role plays, debates, etc.
Maintain attendance, evaluate performance, and prepare progress reports
Adapt teaching methods based on learners’ levels – beginner to advanced
Coordinate with admin team and participate in periodic training/review sessions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or relevant field
Proven experience as an English Trainer / Spoken English Coach (preferred)
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Clear pronunciation and engaging communication skills
Comfortable teach learners from age 10 to 60+
Basic computer skills (for online/offline teaching materials)
Passion for teaching and motivating learners
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹+,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
