Job Title: English Lecturer
Location: Manchester
Salary: £32,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Reed FE are excited to be working with this college in Manchester to help them in recruiting an English lecturer, on a full-time permanent basis
Responsibilities:
• To teach on appropriate programmes and in other areas according to expertise and to contribute to curriculum development.
• To be a Tutor and to undertake tutorial duties in accordance with college policy.
• To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher within the academic and tutorial structure.
• To foster inclusion and belonging amongst all to help ensure all students thrive
Requirements:
• Teaching Qualification (Certificate of Education, PGCE or equivalent.)
• Strong subject knowledge in English
• Right to work in the UK
• Valid driving license or ability to commute to location every day
• Strong written and verbal skills
