• Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Curriculum Development:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop teaching materials, assignments, and assessments tailored to students' needs.
- Student Engagement & Progress Monitoring:
- Foster a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate individual student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Encourage active participation and address learning challenges.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all students.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Professional Development:
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
- Patience, adaptability, and a student-focused approach.
