Job Description
The candidate will be providing training, guidance, and support in the regard to all modules of IELTS & should be able to handle the multiple batches for training and all the operations of IELTS
• To promote and ensure equality training and effective English language teacher training
• To use a continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English teacher training courses materials and related services
• To apply different methods for the improvement of students results
• Counseling the students for test preparation classes
• Conducting Demos and converting them to a lead.
• Required Experience and Qualifications, Skills, and Key Responsibility:
• Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced (in the same field).
• Pleasing personality.
