The Right Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience.
Strong subject knowledge and a love for English language and literature.
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
High expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
The ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A commitment to inclusion and a belief in the potential of every student.
A willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life.
