Job Role: Field Academic Trainer
Requirements:
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Should be ready to travel 15-18 days a month on training assignments
Experience in EdTech companies would be preferable but not mandatory
Intensive Travel required
Consistent delivery of high operating standards, consistency in processes
Possess a sound understanding of positive training techniques.
Analytical skills to uncover the root cause and develop improvement initiatives
Experience:
Should have at least 3 years of training in English Pre-Primary Subjects, School teachers with at least 5 years of teaching experience, or Fresh graduates with very good academic records and from reputed institutions.

Major responsibility is to provide training/ Demo/ Seminar/ Workshop/ Parent Connect Program and makes presentations to Teachers, Principals, and Academicians / Sales team (offline/online)
Responsible for designing and developing the curriculum
Should be involved in the creation, curation, review, quality control, and validation of developed content.
