Job Description
1. Teaching Public Speaking to kids from either 1st to 3rd Standard (Junior Level) or 4th to +th Std (Senior Level) . Teaching the English language to Adults (House wifes, working professionals)
2. Required to take a minimum of 3 classes in a day (3 Hours a Day).
3. Working Hours : Afternoon, evening shifts and late evening shifts.
4. Working Days minimum 4 Days
5. This will be an online tutoring assignment for candidates like school English teachers, spoken English trainers, soft skills trainers, English faculty , etc.
KRA's (KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA)
1. Taking one-hour online session with students on Zoom/Meet.
2. Preparing and delivering lessons to improve students' reading, writing, and conversing skills.
3. Developing educational content such as notes and quizzes. Assigning activities to facilitate students' consolidation of learning material.
4. Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students' needs. Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.
5. Tracking and reporting on students' progress. Remaining up-to-date with our learning software.
