Responsibilities:
Conducting Training Sessions: Design and deliver dynamic spoken English training sessions tailored to the needs of diverse learners, including adults, professionals, and students.
Language Proficiency Assessment: Assess students' current English language proficiency levels through diagnostic tests and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Developing Curriculum: Create and customize course materials, lesson plans, and learning activities to enhance students' speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
Interactive Learning: Employ innovative teaching methods, including role-plays, group discussions, and multimedia resources, to foster active participation and engagement in the learning process.
Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students on their language usage, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary to facilitate continuous improvement.
Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to address individual learning needs, challenges, and goals effectively.
Monitoring Progress: Track and monitor students' progress and performance throughout the training program, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to ensure learning objectives are met.
Cultural Sensitivity: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that respects cultural diversity and promotes cross-cultural communication and understanding.
Professional Development: Stay updated on current trends, methodologies, and best practices in English language teaching through professional development activities and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or language instructor.
Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Knowledge of language teaching methodologies, learning theories, and instructional strategies.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is preferred.
Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom technology is a plus.
Experience : 0 to 2 years
Preference : Soft skill trainers, Academicians or Spoken English Trainers
Salary : Upto 18,000
