Job responsibility
The ELA teacher is responsible in educating students at all levels. Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by us aligned with the learning objectives. The teaching methodology should be innovative, interactive and experiential. Collaborate with the Program managers to make sure the said KRAs are met consistently. The teacher needs to take online classes, assign homework and periodic assessment. All tasks are to be executed online on our platforms so the candidates need to be technical savvy. Should help the students to develop the skills in the areas of reading, writing, language, vocabulary and spelling. Ability to engage your students and answer their queries and questions. One year of online teaching experience is required. Identifying strengths and weaknesses of students. Must have excellent communication skills.

Tuesday to Friday
Saturday Sunday
Monday is a week off
REGULAR-
Weekdays(Tues-frid) – 03:30am – 0+:30 am (5 slots)
Weekends(Saturday-Sunday) – 08:30 pm – 12:30 am(4 slots)
Catch-ups OR PTM – 04:30 am – 08:30 am
DAY_LIGHT SAVING-
Weekdays(tues-frid) – 02:30am – 08:30 am (5 slots)
Weekends(Saturday-Sunday) – 07:30 pm – 11:30 pm(4 slots)
Catch-ups OR PTM – 04:30 am – 08:30 am
Daylight saving starts on Second Sunday in march and ends on first Sunday in November
