Are you passionate about supporting learners to reach their full potential? ALFA, our new learning programme is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will:
Teach 1:1 virtual lessons for learners attending the ALFA programme.
Plan creative and engaging activities to support learners that have significant gaps in their education.
Support learners to access a range of accredited qualifications such as Functional Skills, Entry Levels and AQA Unit Awards.
Foster positive relationships with our learners.
Contribute to the overall progress of the child to re-engage in education and transition to a positive destination.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment
QTS/QTLS is advantageous
