Location: Chennai (Thoraipakkam Office)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience required
Work Timing: + AM to 7 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Salary: Based on last CTC and interview performance
Key Responsibilities
1. English Communication Training
● Conduct structured English communication skill training sessions for interns.
● Develop and deliver training materials focusing on spoken English, business communication, email etiquette, and interview preparation.
● Assess interns’ communication skills and provide personalized feedback for improvement.
● Organize group discussions, role-playing activities, and presentations to enhance confidence in communication.
● Track interns’ progress and report improvements or challenges to management.
● Ensure all interns communicate only in English throughout the internship.
2. HR Administration & Intern Management
● Daily Attendance Management:
Track and record interns’ daily attendance.
● Leave Approvals:
Handle leave requests, maintain leave records, and ensure proper documentation.
● Workplace Adherence:
○ Ensure interns comply with company policies, including logging in on time, taking breaks within allocated times, and maintaining discipline.
○ Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, sending escalation emails or notices to those who fail to comply.
● Onboarding Process:
○ Conduct orientation sessions for new interns.
○ Issue offer letters and ensure proper documentation.
○ Provide interns with necessary guidelines, policies, and expectations.
● Offboarding Process:
○ Manage exit formalities and collect feedback from outgoing interns.
○ Issue relieving emails and experience letters.
● Intern Engagement & Motivation:
○ Address interns’ concerns related to training and work environment.
○ Ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
○ Conduct periodic feedback sessions and suggest improvements.
3. Daily & Weekly Session Coordination
● Ensure the morning meditation and journaling sessions are conductedregularly.
● Ensure the daily stand-up meeting is conducted without fail.
● Assist the team in planning and conducting Fun Friday activities every week to
boost engagement.
4. Coordination & Reporting
● Maintain and update intern records in Zoho CRM or relevant HR tools.
● Generate attendance, training, and compliance reports for management.
● Collaborate with trainers and management to align training with internship objectives.
● Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
