Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a multimedia specialist with strong skills in both video editing and graphic design. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, creating engaging graphics, and contributing to various creative projects that support our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:

Edit Videos:
Assemble raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use.
Storytelling:
Develop video content that effectively communicates the intended message and engages the target audience.
Post-Production:
Perform video editing tasks including cutting, trimming, and arranging clips, adding transitions, and applying effects.
Audio Management:
Incorporate soundtracks, sound effects, and voiceovers. Adjust audio levels for clarity and impact.
Format and Export:
Prepare final video products for different platforms and formats, ensuring high-quality output.
Graphic Design:
(Digital + Print)
Design Graphics:
Create visual assets for marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all graphics align with the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines.
Creative Concepts:
Develop innovative design concepts for various projects including web graphics, print media, and promotional materials.
Design Software:
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to create high-quality graphics and design elements.
Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to develop design ideas and ensure project objectives are met.

Feedback Incorporation:
Accept and act on feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve video and graphic content.

Must-Have Skills and Knowledge
Video Editing Software:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effect is a must.
Graphic Design Software:
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Design Tools:
Experience with Figma for creating web and UI/UX designs.
Creativity:
Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Attention to Detail:

Qualifications
