Join our dynamic team as an Enrollment Services Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journey at Herzing University. This position is essential in facilitating class scheduling, helping students navigate their classroom experience, and ensuring all necessary documents are submitted for a smooth matriculation process.
Your workweek will consist of 40 hours, and your schedule can be tailored based on your preferences and the university's operational needs during the following hours:
• Monday-Thursday: 8am - 8pm
• Friday: 8am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of six months of experience in a role such as an associate enrollment coordinator or in a related field, preferably in admissions, higher education, customer service, or sales.
Compensation will be based on your qualifications and experience, with an hourly pay rate ranging from $22.01 to $29.77. We offer a robust benefits package that includes a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Student Support: Be the primary contact for accepted students, providing timely and informative guidance throughout the enrollment process.
• Enrollment Process: Assist students in completing enrollment forms in line with university policies and procedures.
• Information Sessions: Host informative sessions for prospective students and their families regarding the university's programs and admission requirements.
• Campus Tours: Organize and lead campus tours to showcase university facilities and resources to prospective students.
• Student Interviews: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their qualifications and compatibility with the university.
• Cohort Management: Work with the admissions team to analyze and communicate cohort needs for optimal enrollment.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with students through email, phone, or in-person to ensure active engagement up to the third week of classes.
• Documentation: Accurately keep records of student interactions within the university's systems.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with various departments to address student needs and enhance the overall enrollment experience.
• Admissions Events: Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as open houses and enrollment fairs.
Preference will be given to applicants residing in the areas where our campuses are located, including:
Midwest: Kenosha, Brookfield, Milwaukee, Madison, WI; Minneapolis, MN; Akron, OH.
South: Clarksville & Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; Birmingham, AL.
Florida: Orlando & Tampa.
