Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Strategy Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding organizations through data-driven transformation initiatives. This role focuses on aligning data capabilities with business objectives to drive better decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Responsibilities
• Conduct enterprise-wide data maturity assessments and gap analyses
• Develop comprehensive data strategies aligned with business goals
• Define data governance frameworks, operating models, and organizational structures
• Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define success metrics
• Provide advisory on data platform selection, architecture, and implementation
• Drive alignment between business and technical teams
• Support change management and adoption of data-driven practices
• Deliver executive-level presentations, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
• Extensive experience in data strategy, consulting, or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems and architectures
• Proven experience working with executive leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical strategies
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in large-scale or regulated industry environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Must-Have Skills
• Proven experience delivering enterprise data strategies tied to measurable business outcomes
• Strong client-facing and consultative experience with C-level stakeholders
• Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives across organizations
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in top-tier consulting or advisory firms
• Experience with digital transformation and data modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data governance tools, data quality frameworks, and MDM solutions
