We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our finance team at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen interest in financial management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional expertise in Accounts, GST, and Taxation, while working with industry-leading software like Zoho ERP and Tally.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain financial records using Zoho ERP and Tally software.
• Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Handle taxation matters, including computation and filing of taxes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Education: CA (pursuing or passed) / B.Com. / Any Commerce-related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance domain, preferably in a similar role.
✔ Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Zoho ERP and Tally is essential.
• Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and other financial regulations.
• ✔ Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✔ Location: Candidates must be willing to work from our Ahmedabad office as required.
