The Role:
This diverse role involves coordinating and scheduling emergency response operations across New South Wales.
Each day, you’ll play a vital part in providing reassurance, ensuring smooth incident management, and supporting efficient recovery for all types of building damage. Your ability to work with speed, accuracy, and respect in building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage, coordinate & create outstanding relationships with our front line responders.
Communicate effectively, the progress and success of the response
Liaise between stakeholders
Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
Assist with financial and administrative tasks, including processing invoices, preparing reports, and following up on pending documentation
Using empathy and relationships when resolving conflicts
