About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our energetic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing premium service to vendors and buyers alike.
You’ll be responsible for managing property listings, prospecting new clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from listing to settlement.
As an Entry-Level associate or an experienced sales agent - Salary can differ, however based on YOUR motivation, drive and skill. The income is unlimited.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new listings through calls, door-knocking, networking, and referrals
Conduct open homes, private inspections, and property appraisals
Manage the full sales process from listing to exchange and settlement
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare marketing materials and coordinate advertising campaigns
Keep accurate records using CRM systems
Collaborate with the team to achieve office sales targets
Skills & Experience
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW) or Willing to Obtain!
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation and customer service
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
