Daily EHSS Review
• Download previous day’s events and prepare dashboards.
• Publish weekly communication received from EHSS leaders to all employees.
Recognition Tracking
• Compile weekly report that shows number of recognitions by sub-org (regions and hubs).
• Pull report that shows recognitions pending approval and send to EHSS team.
Initial Report Follow-up
• Compile report of all open Initial Reports with medical care and no discharge papers.
• Work with third party administrator for workers compensation to aid in collection of discharge papers – ensure they are attached to the incident reports in Benchmark Gensuite.
Audits
• Training Audits
• Identify departments that are out of compliance with training completion – use of internal Learning System and carrier system to identify compliance gaps.
• Prioritize audits based on potential for upcoming audits.
• Prepare reports that show department’s non-compliance and actions need to come into compliance.
• Compliance Audits
• Complete audits of compliance closure records to identify where tasks were closed without fully completing the task plan.
• Take action by reopening compliance tasks where items were closed without completing the task plan.
• Prepare a report showing areas of non-compliance
New Leader EHSS Launch Program Tracking
• Work with EHSS Programs Leader to compile reports that track progress of leaders in program – capturing and reporting out on status of each participant.
• Each leader has a file – need to pulse progress within each file and add to weekly tracker.
• Load ATS findings into Benchmark Gensuite for touch base discussions as leaders are added to the program.
EHSS Campaign Tracking
• Track engagement with the EHSS Summer Campaign – reporting out on engagement based on submissions into an activity tracker.
Qualifications
• 5-8 years of overall work experience
• 3-5 Years of relevant work experience in Safety or Compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in environment, health and safety or related field
• Proven experience in EHSS coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency in using EHSS software and analytics tools.
Familiarity with SMS tools is a plus
Must have skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good to have skills
