We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide training and education to company personnel regarding EHS requirements.
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with project management to ensure EHS protocols are integrated into project plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in the construction safety field.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
