Application Process
This is a general posting for multiple Epic Analyst opportunities across several specialty areas. The specific analyst level (1, 2, or 3) and module assignment will be determined based on each candidate’s Epic certifications, experience, and background.
Role Levels
Epic Analyst 1
• Supports basic Epic build, configuration, and maintenance under close supervision.
• Handles ticket triage, simple troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Participates in structured testing and assists with foundational workflow understanding.
• Ideal for early-career Epic professionals building core skills.
Epic Analyst 2
• Independently manages moderate-complexity build, configuration, and system maintenance.
• Serves as a primary contact for routine to moderately complex issues and enhancements.
• Collaborates with operational leaders and leads comprehensive testing cycles.
• Oversees environment operations, Data Courier promotions, and go-live support.
Epic Analyst 3
• Senior-level expert leading high-complexity build, workflow redesign, and optimization.
• Acts as top escalation point for complex issues and drives major projects.
• Partners with leadership on strategic initiatives and ensures scalable system solutions.
• Provides mentorship and supports advanced laboratory and interface configurations.
Experience Requirements
• Analyst 1: 3+ years in healthcare IT, clinical, or related field
• Analyst 2: 4–6 years
• Analyst 3: 7–9 years
Education
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Credentials
• Epic certification in the assigned specialty is required.
