Job Description
• HR Strategy and Planning:
• Plant Statutory compliance
• Local Liasoning with Government Bodies.
• Conduct regular assessments of HR needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
• Participate in strategic workforce planning and talent management activities to ensure adequate staffing levels and succession planning.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
• Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and providing necessary orientation and training.
• Performance Management:
• Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training and development needs within the plant and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs.
• Work with external training providers or internal resources to develop and deliver training sessions.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
• Compliance and Policy Administration:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies and practices accordingly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation and reporting requirements.
• Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Coordinate employee communication programs, such as town hall meetings, newsletters, and employee surveys.
• Promote a positive work culture and organizational values within the plant.
Qualifications And Requirements
• Qualification - MSW , Post-Graduation Diploma in Labour Laws, Industrial Relation , Personnel Management / LLB degree.
• Taking care of complete plant HR functions - IR , ER , Training & Development, Administration
• Progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on plant or manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
