Job Description
• Interact with all the employees and business units (BUs).
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, training, and development formalities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in administering the compensation and benefit plans.
• Gather and analyze data like attrition rates.
• Organize the employee performance reviews.
• Develop the talent management and employee engagement programmes.
• Provide an effective HR advisory service to the employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters in order to enhance their job satisfaction.
Note : HR Operations, HR Admin, & Talent Acquisition/Recruiter profiles will not be considered for this role.
