Responsibilities
As The Equipment Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For
Lead equipment engineering efforts, ensuring the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Manage automation projects, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering teams and operators to meet production milestones
Effectively handle pressure, ensuring projects are completed on time and according to specifications
Use CAD software, preferably Catia V5, to design and modify equipment layouts, ensuring they meet operational requirements
Conduct design reviews to assess the feasibility and efficiency of designs, providing recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment into the manufacturing process
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to equipment design and automation
Continuously monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements to optimize production efficiency
