The Role
In this role, you will offer case management support to leaders within the business as well as provide timely, practical, and business-oriented advice on complex issues related to policy breaches and misconduct. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Providing guidance on investigation processes and outcome determinations;
Conducting effective investigations following the guiding principles of due process and procedural fairness;
Providing coaching to leaders on managing cases effectively and sensitively; and
Writing policies, processes and procedures.
About You
With developed knowledge of employment legislation, you will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver timely outcomes across a broad range of ER matters. With a penchant for seeking new and innovative ways of working, you will have an innate ability to think critically and propose practical solutions.
Naturally, you will demonstrate:
A deep understanding of employee and industrial relations, paired with a wealth of practical experience in this space;
Strong business acumen, resilience to flex and navigate a changing environment and the ability to ‘lean in’ and be involved in tasks that will contribute to business outcomes;
Ability to build strong, productive relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external;
