About the Role
Are you passionate about sustainability, social impact, and inclusive workplaces? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Support Associate or Intern for a 6 month contract to support our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives, Supplier Diversity programs, and HR operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of corporate responsibility and human resources. Whether you're a recent graduate or early-career professional, you'll play a meaningful role in driving purpose-driven programs while developing valuable skills.
What will I do?
ESG Administration
Support the tracking and reporting of ESG metrics and KPIs.
Assist in compiling data for sustainability reporting and internal dashboards.
Conduct research on industry best practices and ESG trends.
Research potential diverse suppliers
Help maintain and update the supplier diversity database.
Support outreach and engagement with diverse suppliers.
Assist in preparing communications and reports for internal stakeholders.
General HR Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day support for HR processes, such as document management, scheduling, and onboarding tasks.
Assist with internal communications, employee surveys, or event logistics.
What qualifications do I need?
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint); reporting tools is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
