Job Description
Costing and Estimation Engineer:-
Ø Preparation of detailed Bill Of Material and Bill of quantity for data center Project.
Ø Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
Ø Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis)
Ø Market research for better project budgeting
Ø Preparation, Validation & Approval of Material Technical Submittals from Consultants & Client.
Ø Maintaining Material Master, Bill Of Materials & Budgetary Prices for the SAP.
Ø Study of Project drawings
Ø Working closely with Project and procurement team for effective and detailed bill of materials.
Ø Study the technical specifications and interpret them in Bill of Materials.
Ø Help general estimators with high level estimate for feasibility level bidding.
Ø Co-ordination with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity.
Ø Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis
Ø Project budget control through SAP
Skills Required: -
Any technical Graduate (Electrical stream is preferred)
Experience Level- 3 years+
Should have handled Electrical or MEP projects
SAP knowledge is preferred
