Asset Management Services (Maintenance)
CPP’s maintenance services ensure the reliability and longevity of high-voltage assets. As a key part of our end-to-end service offering, we provide a seamless transition from construction and commissioning to ongoing asset management.
We deliver minor maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades, alongside regular inspections and servicing to prevent failures and extend asset lifespan. Our efficient emergency response ensures critical HV infrastructure remains operational.
As an industry-preferred provider, CPP is trusted to manage and maintain essential high-voltage electrical assets, supporting the stability and performance of Australia’s energy network.
The Opportunity
Our Estimators are responsible for supporting the Service Manager in identifying new business opportunities. You will handle the receipt, interpretation, coordination, preparation, and actioning of technical submissions, RFQs, and Tender Packages. The role involves liaising with Project Management teams to scope submissions, identify risks, and prepare offers, response documentation. Estimators will also communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and queries, attend site inspections and tender meetings, and estimate quantities and costs. They will recommend maintenance methods, select suitable suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare commercial and technical comments on offers. Additionally, Estimators will manage commercial and contract data, prepare project schedules, request and negotiate pricing from suppliers, and support post-tender negotiations.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Be solution-focused and driven to provide excellent customer service
Be a clear and logical thinker who can quickly understand commercial risks and issues and work to mitigate or resolve them efficiently
Be an excellent communicator (oral and written) with strong stakeholder management skills, focused on building and maintaining relationships
Be proficient with advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
Have a can-do attitude, that enjoys working in a close team

Preferred:
Experience in tendering and estimating in the High Voltage industry or similar
Tertiary qualification in Electrical or equivalent
Experience working with an Australian utility and with renewable grid connection
Experienced in HV maintenance
