Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ethnic wear, particularly sarees, and a deep understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and traditional craftsmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design innovative sarees and ethnic wear collections in line with market trends and brand identity
• Develop original concepts, patterns, and colour palettes for each collection
• Conduct research on fashion trends, colour forecasts, and consumer preferences
• Work closely with other fashion designers, merchandisers, and production teams to bring designs to life
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing and minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in sarees. Strong knowledge of fabric selection, embroidery techniques, and draping styles is essential. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is also required.
