Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Women Ethnic Wear Designer in Jaipur. The Ethnic Wear Designer will be responsible for creating and designing women ethnic wear garments, developing fashion concepts, conducting market research, sketching designs, and collaborating with the production team. The role involves staying updated with the latest fashion trends, ensuring the quality of garments, and meeting design deadlines.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in designing ethnic wear
• Print Development
• Embroidery Development and Surface Techniques
• Fabric Knowledge
• Fashion Sketching and Illustration
• Pattern Making and Draping
• Understanding Cultural Heritage and Trends
• Color Theory and Textile Dyeing
• Minimum experience of 4 years.
• Proficiency in fashion concepts and market research
• Sketching and illustration skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the production team
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity
• Ability to work under pressure and meet design deadlines
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related
