We’re expanding our workshop team and are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join us.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EUROPEAN VEHICLES.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical repairs and performance upgrades on European and high-performance vehicles (BMW, AMG, Audi, VW, McLaren, etc.)
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Fit and test performance parts including intakes, exhausts, injectors, turbos, intercoolers, and suspension upgrades
Prepare vehicles for ECU tuning and support the tuning team during R&D or calibration sessions
Maintain clean, efficient, and safe workshop practices
Liaise with the service advisor and workshop team for job updates and parts requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent)
Experience with European vehicles or performance upgrades highly regarded
Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
Confident in using diagnostic tools and reading data logs (training provided if needed)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Tuning experience or interest in tuning is a plus

Pay: $70,243.62 – $110,000.00 per year
