Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and Welcoming Guests:
• Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant and ascertain their dining needs.
• Ensure a positive first impression by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Managing Reservations:
• Take and confirm reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Manage the seating chart to efficiently allocate tables.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests regarding reservations in a timely and friendly manner.
• Seating Guests:
• Guide guests to their assigned tables, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant dining experience.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Supporting Restaurant Operations:
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as bussing tables or taking drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
• Customer Service:
• Provide clear and accurate wait times to guests.
• Address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Skills/Requirements:
• Must be able to reliably commute to work
• Valid AZ food handler’s card from accredited program
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs
• Must be able to be on your feet for long periods
