Job Description
We require an experienced Evening Venue Manager to join our existing dynamic management team & ensure consistency of food & beverage service.
Essential requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a restaurant or cafe/bar manager within an establishment and/or high volume cafe/hotel/restaurant operation
Current RSA certificate
Be able to work at a fast pace & think on your feet at all times
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Ability to maintain work relationships & provide superior customer service
Able to work closely & efficiently with internal departments
Experience in end of shift reconciliation & cashiering
Exceptional attention to detail
Experienced in problem solving & complaint management
Full availability is required. Working flexibility and evening from 5pm to close weekdays and weekends corporate functions and weddings.
