Robert Half is looking for multiple Event Assistants to support an exciting event in Portland coming on the week of October 7th! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer-facing positions and enjoys being part of events. If you have a friendly personality, strong customer service skills, and love engaging with people, this could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities
• Assist with attendee badge pick-up and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Greet and check attendees into the event, providing them with the necessary information.
• Answer attendee questions and provide recommendations as needed.
• Offer on-site support to ensure the event runs smoothly, helping attendees navigate the event space and resources.
Requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency to manage attendee check-in.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to offer recommendations and assistance as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, event environment.
