About The Role
We are searching for an Event Coordinator to manage Ausbil’s roadshow and events as part of our Client Services and Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing the client experience from invitation through to execution, ensuring each event runs smoothly and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning, monitoring of timeline and budget management of Ausbil roadshow and events
Event coordinating, liaising with internal staff, clients, suppliers, caterers and venue staff including onsite set up and coordination
Vendor management, ensuring competitive pricing, coordinating with key stakeholders and ensuring quality and timely delivery of services
Event communications, invitations and reminders for events, monitoring RSVPs
Travel and itinerary management, liaising with our external travel agent to arrange flights, transfers, accommodation
About You
You will have experience in events management in the planning, logistics and execution. Qualifications are desirable but not essential.
You will be a strong communicator and have high problem-solving skills
You will have strong time management and organisational skills
You have strong attention to detail and work with proactiveness
The ideal candidate will have some funds/finance knowledge however this is not essential
