Event Force are seeking event customer service staff with a valid RSA qualification interested in working casually at WIN Stadium & Entertainment Centre - with potential shifts available on 2, 8 and * August 2026.
About the Role:
Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated RSA Marshals who will be part of the casual event customer service staff to work at WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre in Wollongong with potential shifts available on 2, 8 and * August 2026.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to fans at events. You will be working in monitoring guests coming up to the bar, checking IDs, and ensuring that patrons comply with the Response Service of ******* standards.
Shift opportunities may also exist in the future for those interested in working with Event Force across other events in surrounding areas including Greater Sydney, Campbelltown and Wollongong. However, applicants for this role must be available to work at WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre on 2, 8 and * August 2026.
You will be:
Monitoring guests coming up to the bar
Checking IDs
Providing General Customer Service
What you need:
A valid RSA qualification
Must be available to work on 2, 8 and * August 2026
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Exceptional personal presentation
The ability to follow procedures
Great service with a smile
Appropriate work rights in Australia
